About Andre Panossian, MD

Dr. Andre Panossian is an internationally recognized plastic and reconstructive surgeon who possesses a unique combination of technical ability, artistic creativity and genuine concern for the welfare of others. After graduating from UCLA with a degree of Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude, he went on to earn his M.D. at Tufts University School of Medicine. He completed an extensive combined residency in general and plastic surgery through the Keck School of Medicine of USC, with a foundation at LA County Hospital. His passion for complex reconstruction led him to pursue premier subspecialty training in craniofacial surgery through The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, and at Harvard Medical School; he later went to study in France, and completed the only Fellowship in the U.S. for facial paralysis reconstruction with Dr. Ron Zuker.

Dr. Panossian’s scholarship in facial reanimation and development of new advanced reconstructive methods has earned him and his work a recognisable presence through many prominent media platforms. He is a member of several prestigious professional associations and organisations.

In addition to providing quality care in private practice, Dr. Panossian also devotes a considerable amount of time to providing surgery for underrepresented populations throughout the world. He is recognised as a reputable leader in the field who continues to build his reputation through excellence, innovation, and service to others, restoring both physical form and self-confidence in many.
