About Ali Roham, DO

Dr. Ali Roham, DO, is a board-qualified plastic surgeon practicing in Southern California and has expertise in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He is a local resident, having obtained his undergraduate degree in Psychology with a biology minor from the University of California, Irvine, and received his medical education at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ.

Dr. Roham completed a challenging five-year general surgery residency at Henry Ford Health System in Michigan, where he received extensive training in trauma, vascular surgery, and general surgery. Dr. Roham then pursued a three-year independent plastic surgery residency at Beaumont Health System, in which he developed a focus on delivering personalized reconstructive and cosmetic care.

Having a strong passion for improving self-image and quality of life, Dr. Roham focuses on personalized treatment plans, comprehensive pre-operative education, and compassionate post-operative care. Dr. Roham’s skills encompass repair of cleft lip and palate, burn reconstruction, reconstruction of congenital hand defects, breast and body aesthetic procedures, and facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Roham is passionate and devoted to furthering the field through presentations at local, regional, and national conferences, winning commendable awards for his clinical cases; he has participated in international medical missions, taking part in a significant trip to India that reinforced his dedication to the field of plastic surgery.

Now back in Southern California, Dr. Roham joins a diverse group of patients, incorporating his precision, artistry, and care for the patient as unique individuals. Dr. Roham lives locally with his wife and three children.
